ECSAF’s Response to the Public Consultation on “Improving the Laws on Sexual Offences in Hong Kong”
The Security Bureau is conducting a public consultation on the consultation paper “Improving the Laws on Sexual Offences in Hong Kong”. ECSAF has submitted its response, calling for stronger protection for children and recommending that the Government actively promote preventive sex education for both children and the public.
