ECSAF – The End Child Sexual Abuse Foundation (ECSAF) was founded in 1998 by Ms Siao Fong Fong, an internationally renowned actress and a qualified child psychologist/ therapist, with the mission to protect youngsters under 18 from sexual abuse.

We provide different Sex Education Programs for local primary and secondary schools as well as special schools in Hong Kong.
